What the video shows

If you're unable to watch the video, these are the main steps involved:

  1. Wipe the hearing aid gently with a dry cloth
  2. Remove any visible debris using the cleaning tool provided
  3. Check that openings are clear before wearing

Do not use water, cleaning sprays or sharp objects on your hearing aids. 

A little, regular cleaning is better than trying to clean too much at once.

If sound is still unclear, or you're worried you may have damaged your hearing aid, it's best to stop and speak to us.
