How do you join CarePlus
Simple and easy
For just £40 a year, you're protected against breakages, damage, loss, or a change in prescription following eye or YAG laser surgery - for a full 12 months.
We recommend adding CarePlus on the day of your eye test, so your protection starts straight away.
If you’d prefer a little more time to decide, you can still join the plan - just give us a call within 28 days of receiving your new glasses.

OutsideClinic reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or add benefits at any time. A CarePlus plan lasts for 12 months from date of purchase and is applicable only to the customer who purchases it, plans cannot be transferred or cover glasses relating to any other customer. All benefits are only valid for glasses, hearing aids or accessories purchased from OutsideClinic, and cannot be used for non-OutsideClinic items. Benefits end when plan expires, un-used benefits cannot be carried forward. Benefits cannot be swapped or exchanged for cash, credit or any alternative, or used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, voucher, or promotion unless otherwise stated by OutsideClinic.
