What's included in the price of hearing aids?

Free testing and fitting at home

Following the initial appointment, we’ll visit you at home again to make sure your hearing aids fit comfortably and are working correctly. We’ll show you how to use the hearing aids and explain how to look after them.

Professionally recognised service

OutsideClinic is the only domiciliary audiology provider to have achieved the IQIPS (Improving Quality in Physiological Services) standard, the industry’s foremost professional accreditation scheme.

Warranty

All hearing aids come with a 2 year manufacturer's warranty which covers repairs in the unlikely event of a breakdown or fault.

You will be sent a reminder when the warranty is due to expire and we'll schedule an appointment for servicing, to keep your hearing aid in good condition for as long as possible.

Lifetime aftercare and free servicing

We recommend regular hearing aid servicing which we offer free of charge. And if you need any help between appointments, our hearing care specialists are on hand to give you the help you need.

Price promise guarantee

We regularly check our prices to ensure we offer the best price. In the unlikely event that you find the same product for less, we’ll refund the difference. Just let us know within 90 days of receipt of the product(s).

Money back guarantee

60 day no quibble return policy. If we are unable to meet your expectations or satisfaction within a reasonable amount of time, you are entitled to a full refund.
