Terms and Conditions for the Rechargeable Hearing Aid Draw

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is OutsideClinic, Stirling House, 10 Viscount Way, Swindon, SN3 4TN.

2. Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Employees of OutsideClinic and their immediate family members are not eligible.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify entrants’ eligibility and may request proof of age, residency or purchase.

3. How to Enter

3.1 Purchase Entry

• Customers who purchase rechargeable hearing aids between 01/12/25 and 31/01/26 will automatically receive one entry per eligible purchase.
• Eligibility is based on the purchase date shown on the customer’s invoice.

3.2 Free Entry (No Purchase Required)

• To enter without purchase, participants must email digitalmarketing@outsideclinic.com with:
• Full name
• Contact telephone number
• A statement confirming their wish to enter the Rechargeable Hearing Aid Draw
• Only one free entry per person is permitted for the entire campaign period.

3.3 Equal Chance

All entries—whether made via purchase or the free entry method—will have an equal chance of winning.

3.4 Entry Issues

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, or undelivered for any technical or other reason.

5. Draw Process

Winners will be selected at random using an online spinning wheel. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter.

6. Notification of Winners

• Winners will be notified primarily by telephone using the contact details provided.
• If the Promoter is unable to contact a winner after reasonable attempts within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6.1 Prize Redemption

Purchasers

• Winners will receive a full refund of their rechargeable hearing aid purchase.
• Refunds will be issued by cheque within 10 working days of the winner being notified.
• The included 2-year warranty and aftercare remain valid.
• If the winner chooses to exchange their hearing aids for a more expensive model, they must pay the difference.

Free-Entry Participants

• Winners will receive a voucher for free rechargeable hearing aids, redeemable when booking a hearing test with OutsideClinic.
• Voucher winners must book and redeem within 12 months of receiving the prize.
• Standard hearing aid warranty and aftercare terms apply from the date of fitting.

7. Prize Conditions

• Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
• No cash alternative is offered, except where a refund forms part of the prize for purchasers.

8. Alternative Winner Clause

If a winner (purchase or free entry) fails to claim or redeem their prize within the stated timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and/or conduct a redraw.

9. Data Protection

• By entering the competition, entrants agree that OutsideClinic may contact them for marketing purposes, including information about products, services, offers, and news.
• Entrants may withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in emails or by contacting OutsideClinic directly.
• Personal data will otherwise be used solely for administering the draw and fulfilling prizes, in accordance with UK GDPR and OutsideClinic’s Privacy Policy.
• Data will be retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes and will then be securely deleted.
• The Privacy Policy can be found on the OutsideClinic website.

10. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the prize draw where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• This prize draw is governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
