How our eye tests work
Conducted by a qualified, trained and registered optician from OutsideClinic.
- Book your appointment: Request an appointment by completing the form, and our team will arrange a suitable time for your eye test.
- Optician arrives to carry out the test: Our optician arrives at your home with their portable testing equipment and carry out a full eye test.
- Results: They will clearly explain the results to you straight away and discuss any issues or updates to your prescription.
- If needed, choose your glasses: Choose from a wide range of frames for all budgets and styles. You can try on as many glasses as you like.
- Delivery: Once you've chosen, we'll arrange for your new glasses to be custom-made at our UK lab and delivered to your door.
How our hearing tests work
Conducted by a qualified, trained and registered audiologist from OutsideClinic.
- Book your appointment: Request an appointment by completing the form, and our team will arrange a suitable time for your hearing test.
- Audiologist arrives: On arrival, we’ll initially examine the health of your ear canal and outer ear. Then we’ll measure your level of hearing.
- Results: The audiologist will then clearly explain the results of the testing to you straight away, and answer any queries you may have.
- If needed, choose your hearing aids: Should you need, the audiologist will help you find the best hearing aid for you - tailoring it to your prefence.
- Delivery: Once ready, we will re-visits and provide a free fitting appointment, alongside free aftercare if any troubles arise.
