What the video shows
If you're unable to watch the video, these are the main steps involved:
- Remove the old wax filter
- Insert a new wax filter using the tool provided
- Check that the filter sits flat and secure
Wax filters are designed to be replaced regularly - needing to change one is very common.
If the filter doesn't fit easily, stop and speak to us before continuing.
