Community NHS Audiology and Hearing Care Services
We would like to inform you of a change to your community NHS audiology and hearing care services, as OutsideClinic will no longer be providing NHS hearing care services going forward. This will affect all existing OutsideClinic patients within Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.
Your continued hearing health care is our priority, and we want to ensure you have access to the care you need. There are three other NHS providers who will be able to continue your care, but you will need to choose one of them.
Next Steps for You to Take:
- You do not need to contact your GP.
- Decide which provider you would like to transfer your care to.
- You or a carer/family member can contact your new chosen provider directly using only the contact details provided below. Contact should ideally be made within two weeks to allow us time to transfer your previous care records to them and avoid any unnecessary delays in your future care.
- To confirm whether you continue to qualify for NHS housebound care, your new provider will assist you with this provision when you first contact them and discuss any options for ongoing NHS support.
