RE: Direct Access to Adult Hearing Aids for >50 Age Related Hearing Loss
OutsideClinic in conjunction with Hereford and Worcestershire ICB would like to inform you of some changes regarding the local NHS Audiology Service. OutsideClinic will no longer be providing NHS hearing care in your area.
Your continued hearing health care is our priority, and we want to ensure you have access to the care you need. In order to continue with your NHS funded healthcare, you can self-refer to a different provider.
What do I have to do?
- You do not need to return to your GP.
- Please choose from one of the providers listed below and contact them, initial contact can be by telephone. When you make contact, inform the new provider that you are an OutsideClinic patient and give them your Name, Date of Birth, Postcode, NHS Number and name of your Registered GP. Take this email/letter with you to your appointment.
- If you can access a store, you may visit one of the following addresses. If you require a domiciliary service, please call the number and request a home visiting service.
