Community NHS Audiology and Hearing Support 

OutsideClinic would like to inform you of some changes regarding the local NHS Audiology Service. We will no longer be providing NHS hearing care services in your area.

This change came into effect from 1 June 2025 and has been agreed in conjunction with Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board.

As you have now reached the end of your hearing care pathway with OutsideClinic, we will discharge you from the service and notify your GP.

Your continued hearing health care is our priority, and we want to ensure you have access to the audiology care you need. We encourage you to speak to your GP Surgery at the earliest opportunity to be referred to an alternative provider for a new hearting test. Alternatively, you can self-refer to a provider who can offer home-based care.
