Key Information

As a scheduling assistant you will be joining our hard-working team in our head office in Swindon. You will help maintain the best schedules for our professional staff that work all across the UK and help to manage any obstacles that arise during their working day. You will be the main point of contact for our professional staff but also deliver excellent customer service to our patients, finding them a suitable date and time for their appointments at home.

You will be a confident self-starter with previous experience working in customer services and/or a call centre environment. You will be organised and have an exceptional eye for detail in your work. You need to have the ability to problem solve and manage deadlines when required.
