OutsideClinic Appointment Times
We aim to make every appointment as convenient and straightforward as possible, with clear time slots, helpful updates and plenty of time for your clinician to provide the care you deserve at home.
A different way of booking
Confirming your date first
With an at-home appointment, things work a little differently from visiting a High Street practice.
Rather than giving a fixed time straight away, we begin by confirming your appointment date. This allows us to plan our clinicians’ routes carefully, so they can spend the right amount of time with each customer, without feeling rushed.
Because every visit is carried out in your home, appointments are more personal and often more in-depth. We take the time to make sure you feel comfortable, understand everything clearly, and have the opportunity to ask questions before we leave.
What to expect on the day
Keeping things running smoothly
Once your appointment date is confirmed, we’ll be in touch closer to the time with an estimated arrival window.
Our clinicians are scheduled to be working in your local area to keep travel as efficient as possible. However, as they travel between home visits, things like traffic, roadworks or slightly longer appointments can occasionally cause delays.
We know punctuality matters, and we always do our best to stay on track. If anything changes, we’ll keep you informed and let you know as early as possible.

Email Addresses
Email address details are helpful to allow us to keep you updated
We will keep in touch with you throughout the process, to ensure you are reminded of when your appointment is. If you (or a friend or family member) have an email address, it will ensure you don’t miss a key reminder or update about your appointment. Just contact us to add an email to your record.
Your understanding and flexibility with this process is very much appreciated, and don’t forget if at any time you need to rearrange or cancel, just call us and we will arrange a new appointment for you.
